At Everskill we are committed to raising the next generation of leaders. Through our Everskill mentorship programs, we empower and transform college graduates and teens into Africa’s change agents. We equip our mentees with prerequisite skills to ethically navigate life, education and the marketplace with understanding, an open mind and confidence. We help the next generation of leaders to develop and operate with a global mindset while appreciating diversity. 

We bridge the skill gap that is characteristic of many if not all of our college graduates. We equip them with employability skills & discipline which enable them to transition from being ‘half-baked’ into work-ready and productive talent sought after by employers. We prepare young graduates and first time job seekers to step into the workplace with confidence and optimism ready to partner with employers and other entrepreneurs to build trust in their communities by solving important problems. we are developing Africa’s talent pipeline.

Through the Everskill Mentorship Experience, our mentees are guided to be value driven leaders in the marketplace. The Experience focuses on developing the graduates into wholesome individuals and equipping them with global mindset, leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, excellence, innovation, relationship building and community development skills. Our mentoring vision is to have in a decades time, the “Everskill Tribe” members leading and transforming their communities, the corporate and entrepreneurial space in Kenya courtesy of the  “Everskill Mentorship Experience”.
